Travel simply changed my life. The more I set out to embark on new adventures, the more it brought out a passion for discovery and change within me. When I first started travelling I thought that I always had to be abroad. As I grew up in Ontario, Canada this meant at least crossing over the pond and experiencing a life in a new country. The irony is that the longer I have lived as an expat abroad, the more I realize that travel doesn’t always need to be far away. Adventures and new travel memories can be waiting for you around the corner.

Life is a journey and before you know it – years go by. There is a reason why people set out to have bucket lists, it serves as a reminder to prioritize travel experiences and head to destinations that are meaningful to them.

After my first time trip back in 2011, I was hooked. I knew that travel brought so much joy to and I’m happy to have found a partner who also echos the same. The Real Souvenir was created to help offer travel advice, destination recommendations, and inspire others to go on exciting adventures.

I’m so happy that you are here. Enjoy the excitement of trip planning and creating a lifetime of travel memories.
